mjili Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Funds
This page covers every money operation your mjili account supports — from adding funds through Maya or GrabPay to requesting a withdrawal back to your e-wallet. You will find your deposit counter, withdrawal request form and transaction history all inside the Account section after login. If this is your first time funding the account, start with the Deposit section below: it shows the available local methods, the fields you fill in, and where your balance appears once the transfer is confirmed. If you have already deposited and want to move funds out, jump to the Withdrawal section for the step sequence.
Putting money into your mjili account starts at the Cashier tab — visible in the top navigation bar once you are logged in. We support Maya and GrabPay as the primary local wallet rails, and GCash where available through the payment selector. Each method shows its own set of fields: wallet-linked mobile number, transfer amount and a one-time confirmation.
Log in and open the Cashier
After logging in, select the Cashier tab in the top navigation. This is where all funding options for your mjili account are listed.
Choose Maya, GrabPay or GCash
Pick the wallet you want to fund from. Each option opens its own field set — enter the mobile number tied to that wallet and the peso amount.
Confirm the transfer in your wallet app
Your chosen wallet app will prompt you to approve the outgoing transfer. Complete the confirmation there; do not close the mjili page until approval is done.
Check your mjili balance
Once the wallet confirms, return to the Account Summary page. Your updated balance is shown there. If it has not refreshed, tap the reload icon on the balance row.
MOVING FUNDS OUT
Withdraw Funds Back to Your E-Wallet
Requesting a withdrawal from your mjili account sends your available balance back to the same wallet you used to deposit — this wallet-matching requirement is a standard security check that keeps your funds in your control. Open the Cashier tab, select Withdrawal, and choose the destination wallet: Maya or GrabPay appear as options if you have previously deposited through them. Enter the amount you want to move out; the field will show your available balance so you know the ceiling before you type. After you submit, the withdrawal request moves to a Pending state visible in Transaction History.
Open Cashier and select Withdrawal
Inside the Cashier tab, tap Withdrawal. The page shows your current available balance and the wallet options linked to your account history.
Select your payout wallet
Choose Maya or GrabPay — whichever you used to deposit. The mobile number already on file is pre-filled; confirm it matches your active wallet.
Enter the amount and submit
Type the peso amount you want to withdraw. Review the summary screen, then confirm. The request status changes to Pending in your Transaction History immediately.
Track the request in Transaction History
All withdrawal requests stay visible under Transaction History with a current status label. Check there first before contacting support about a pending item.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
Verify Your mjili Account Identity
Account verification is how we confirm that your mjili wallet belongs to you and not someone else — it protects your balance from unauthorised withdrawal requests. The process is triggered when you first request a withdrawal above a threshold shown inside your account, or when our system flags an unusual access pattern. You will need a valid government-issued ID: a Philippine passport, driver's licence or SSS card works. Upload clear photos of the front and back through the Verify Account page under Account Settings. A selfie holding the ID may also be requested depending on the verification level required.
Go to Account Settings, then Verify Account
Log in, open Account Settings from the profile menu, and select the Verify Account option. The page shows which documents are currently required.
Upload a government-issued ID
A Philippine passport, driver's licence or SSS card is accepted. Photograph both sides in good light and upload through the form fields shown on the page.
Submit a selfie if prompted
Some verification levels require a selfie holding your ID. Follow the on-screen framing guide so the photo meets the check requirements without needing a re-submission.
Check status in Account Settings
After submission, the review status is visible in Account Settings. You will be notified when verification is approved and withdrawal requests can proceed.
LOCAL PAYMENT RAILS
Payment Methods Available in Your mjili Account
Your mjili account connects to the local e-wallet rails that Philippines players use every day. Maya, GrabPay and GCash appear in the Cashier as selectable deposit methods where available in your eligible region. InstaPay and bank transfer options may also appear depending on your account status and the current payment configuration shown in the Cashier. Each method is listed with its own fields and any applicable minimum amount — check the Cashier directly for the current state, as the available options are shown there at login.
Maya
Fund or withdraw via your Maya wallet using the mobile number linked to your Maya account.
GrabPay
Use your GrabPay balance to deposit directly from the Cashier; withdrawals return to the same GrabPay wallet.
GCash
GCash deposits are available where configured for your account region; select it in the Cashier payment list.
InstaPay
InstaPay bank-to-account transfers appear in the Cashier for eligible accounts; reference numbers are generated per transaction.
Bank Transfer
Local bank transfer is listed in the Cashier where available; use the account details shown there for each transfer.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Match Your Wallet History to Your mjili Account Log
Every deposit and withdrawal you make generates two records: one in your Maya, GrabPay or GCash transaction history and one in your mjili Transaction History. When the two amounts match but the mjili balance has not updated, the reference number is the key. Your wallet app attaches a transaction reference to every outgoing transfer; the same reference appears in your mjili Transaction History under the Details column for that entry. Screenshot the wallet-side reference at the time of transfer — it is the fastest piece of evidence to share with support if you need to trace a delayed credit.
Reference Number
Your wallet app generates a transaction reference for every transfer. Copy or screenshot it at the moment of payment — this is the single most useful detail when tracing a deposit or withdrawal in Transaction History.
Status Labels
mjili Transaction History shows three states: Pending, Completed and Failed. Pending means the transfer is still being processed. Completed means funds have moved. Failed means the transfer did not go through and your wallet should show the reversal.
Account History Page
The full transaction log lives under Account History after login. It is filterable by date and transaction type, so you can isolate deposits or withdrawals for a specific period without scrolling through every entry.
Evidence to Keep
Keep the wallet-side confirmation screenshot and the mjili Transaction History entry for any transfer you cannot immediately reconcile. These two pieces together are what support needs to investigate a discrepancy quickly.
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
How We Protect Your Funds and Account Access
Security on your mjili account operates at several layers, and knowing where each one sits helps you catch anything unusual before it becomes a problem. The domain you use to log in should always be mjili — bookmark it directly rather than following links in unsolicited messages. Identity verification, covered in the KYC section above, ties your withdrawal destination to a confirmed document so funds cannot be redirected to a wallet that does not belong to you. Wallet ownership checks at the payment stage mean the Maya or GrabPay number you deposit from must match the number on file for withdrawals.
Domain Check
Always access your account at mjili. Bookmark the address directly in your browser. Any message directing you to a different URL for a login or payment action should be treated as suspicious and reported to support.
Identity Verification
The KYC process links your withdrawal wallet to a verified government ID. This means a withdrawal request cannot be approved to a wallet that does not match the identity on file — a direct protection for your balance.
Wallet Ownership Match
We require that the wallet mobile number used to deposit is the same number that receives withdrawals. This one-to-one match prevents funds from being routed to an unverified destination during the payout process.
Support Channel
For any account security concern — unrecognised login, delayed transaction or document question — use the Help section inside your mjili account. Keeping the conversation there creates a traceable record that our team can act on.
BANKING QUESTIONS
Common Questions About mjili Banking
The questions below cover the banking situations our account holders ask about most — from minimum amounts and wallet matching to what to do when a transaction sits in Pending longer than expected. If your question is not answered here, the Help section inside your account connects you directly to our support team.
What is the minimum deposit amount for Maya or GrabPay on mjili?
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is displayed in the Cashier at the point of selection. We do not publish a fixed figure here because it may vary by payment method and account status — check the Cashier field directly for the current minimum shown for your account.
Can I withdraw to a different wallet than the one I used to deposit?
Withdrawals are processed back to the same wallet used for the most recent deposit as a security measure. If you need to change your linked wallet, contact support through the Help section in your account before submitting a withdrawal request, as the change requires identity confirmation.
My deposit shows Completed in my Maya app but my mjili balance has not updated — what do I do?
Copy the transaction reference from your Maya app and check Transaction History in your mjili account for a matching entry. If the entry shows Pending, allow a short time for the network to settle. If no entry appears at all, send the reference number to support via the Help section so we can trace it.
How long does account verification take after I submit my documents?
The review status appears in Account Settings after you upload your documents. We do not publish a fixed review window because processing times depend on submission volume and document clarity. Check Account Settings for the current status; you will receive an account notification when the review is complete.
Why is my withdrawal request still showing as Pending?
Pending means the request is in the processing queue. Check Transaction History for any additional prompts — an incomplete verification step is the most common reason a withdrawal stays Pending. If no prompt appears and the status has not moved, contact support through the Help section with your transaction reference.
Does mjili support GCash for both deposits and withdrawals?
GCash is available as a deposit method where configured for your account region. Whether it is also available as a withdrawal destination is shown in your Cashier after login. The Cashier always reflects the current active options for your specific account and region.
